1. General Provisions

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.5 One Account Rule. Each individual may maintain only one active ja88 account. Players found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended. 3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your ja88 account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ja88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ja88 support immediately at [email protected]. ja88 will review login history and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. Prompt reporting is essential to limiting potential losses.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your ja88 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

3.4 Account Suspension by Operator. ja88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) the player fails to complete identity verification; (d) the player is identified as a politically exposed person or presents a money laundering risk; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ja88 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable terms. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied and have the right to reactivate their account by logging in at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ja88 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank. Available methods may change from time to time and the current list is displayed in the payment dashboard inside your ja88 account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit across all payment methods is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees) or the cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of transaction. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 or the cryptocurrency equivalent. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected and the funds will remain in your account balance.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees. ja88 charges no withdrawal fees on any payment method. However, blockchain network fees (gas fees) for cryptocurrency withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount and are charged by the respective network, not by ja88.

4.5 Cryptocurrency Transaction Finality. All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. ja88 cannot reverse, recall, or intercept any on-chain transaction. Players are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. ja88 accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal addresses.

4.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated winnings voided.

4.7 Withdrawal Processing Times. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the player's bank. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or pending KYC verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other offers made available on ja88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on ja88 are subject to acceptance by the Operator. ja88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by players identified as professional or advantage gamblers.

6.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each specific game or market. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of ja88's trading team is final. For live cricket and PSL markets, settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body.

6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that results in an incorrect bet being recorded or settled, ja88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. ja88 is not liable for winnings that result from a demonstrable technical error.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. ja88 may apply maximum win limits to individual games, bet types, or promotional periods. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be communicated within the relevant game's information or promotional terms.

6.5 Game Availability. 7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ja88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Responsible Gaming

13.4 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
